You can contact us for further information about the safeguards that apply.

Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains its handling of security information, including its own use of signals to improve bot detection. Further details are available in the Cloudflare data processing addendum and the Resend data processing addendum.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence while the enquiry remains open and, where relevant, during a resulting business relationship. We also consider whether correspondence is needed to meet a legal recordkeeping requirement or deal with an unresolved dispute. We delete it when none of these reasons applies. Our service providers retain technical and delivery records in accordance with their service terms.
